How long does service take?

Standard: first attempt within 4 days, and four attempts within 15 days. Rush: first attempt within 24 hours, and four attempts in 5 days. Immediate: first attempt within 4 hours, and four attempts within 3 days. Area prices are on the fee schedule.

What if the person is avoiding service?
