Refinery and petrochemical shift schedules are the biggest wrinkle — many successful attempts happen early morning or late evening rather than in the middle of the workday.
In Liberty County, the geography stretches from Cleveland in the north down to Liberty and Dayton along US-90. Refinery shift schedules, oilfield service workers, and timber-industry addresses dominate — most successful attempts happen between 5:30am and 7:00am or after 8:00pm. We adjust attempt windows accordingly instead of forcing a 9-to-5 schedule on a county that doesn't run on one.
