Local servers — not Houston runners with a long drive.

Most process-service firms in this corner of Texas dispatch out of Houston or Conroe. That means a 60–90 minute drive each way before the first knock on the door — and a second drive for every re-attempt. We staff servers who actually live in Grimes and Liberty counties, which means faster attempts, cheaper mileage, and people who know the back roads after dark.

In Grimes County, that matters most outside Anderson and Navasota. Plantersville fills up on weekends during Renaissance Festival season, Bedias and Iola sit on FM roads with no street numbers, and a lot of rural addresses are gated or behind a cattle guard. Our servers know which gates are unlocked, which neighbors will sign, and when shift workers at the local plants are home.

In Liberty County, the geography stretches from Cleveland in the north down to Liberty and Dayton along US-90. Refinery shift schedules, oilfield service workers, and timber-industry addresses dominate — most successful attempts happen between 5:30am and 7:00am or after 8:00pm. We adjust attempt windows accordingly instead of forcing a 9-to-5 schedule on a county that doesn't run on one.

If you have a serve or court filing in either county, we can usually have a server on the way the same business day.

FAQ

Common questions.

How fast can you serve papers in Grimes or Liberty County?

Same-day if received by 11:00 AM CT. Rush jobs received later are typically attempted the next business morning. Because our servers live in-county, drive times are short and re-attempts happen the same evening when needed.

Do you handle rural addresses on FM and CR roads?

Yes — this is most of what we do here. We work with GPS coordinates, mailbox-cluster numbers, and landowner references, not just street addresses. If a property is gated, posted, or behind a cattle guard, tell us in the request and we'll handle it.

Can you e-file at Grimes County District Court or Liberty County District Court?

Yes. Both counties accept filings through eFileTexas.gov. We're registered filers and can hand-carry to the clerk's office in Anderson or Liberty if a paper filing is required. Stamped copies are emailed within 2 hours of clerk acceptance.

What about evictions in Navasota, Cleveland, or Dayton?

Evictions are handled through the JP precinct that covers the property's address. We know each precinct's filing windows, citation rules, and writ-of-possession scheduling. Provide the property address and we'll route to the correct precinct.

Are these your only coverage counties?

These are the two counties we're actively staffed in today. We can take jobs in adjacent counties — Walker, Madison, Brazos, Montgomery, Polk, San Jacinto, Hardin, Chambers — on a case-by-case basis. Reach out and we'll let you know turnaround.
